Key Responsibilities of the Fabrication and Welding Lecturer

Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions in Fabrication and Welding to students at various levels.
Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their learning and skill development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of electrical installation and incorporate relevant updates into teaching practices.
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to external body requirements and institutional policies.
Requirements of the Fabrication and Welding Lecturer

A relevant qualification in Fabrication and Welding or a related field.
Possession of a vocational qualification at Level 3 or higher, along with relevant teaching and assessing qualifications (or willingness to attain them).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
