Kingston College are now looking for two Lecturers in Business, one with a Banking specialism who will teach primarily on the T level Finance Programme (level 3) and one with an Accounting specialism who will primarily teach on the T Level Accounting Programme (Level 3) as well BTEC units on Level 2 and 3 (Business).

Lecturer – Business (Banking Specialism)

Candidates wishing to be considered for the Banking specialism post will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject, have excellent teaching skills and relevant teaching experience across a range of levels. You will have knowledge of the latest banking regulation and links with the industry, relevant external agencies and validating bodies. You will be able to support, motivate and empathise with learners, including monitoring their progress.

Lecturer – Business (Accounting/Business Finance specialism)

Those wishing to be considered for the Accounting/Finance specialism will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject (Accounting/Finance), have excellent teaching skills and relevant teaching experience across a range of levels. You will have energy, enthusiasm and passion for the subject and education and have links with the industry, relevant external agencies and validating bodies. You will be able to support, motivate and empathise with learners, including monitoring their progress.

Subject to a cost of living review from 1 August, the successful candidate will be eligible for any subsequent increase in salary.

Closing date for the return of completed applications is 28th June 2024.
