The Role of a lecture?

Teaching: Delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials within a specific subject area to students.
Curriculum Enhancement: Developing and revising course content and materials to align with educational goals and industry benchmarks.
Evaluation: Creating and implementing assessments, exams, and assignments to assess students' comprehension and progress.
Research Contribution: Engaging in academic research to contribute to the progression of knowledge in their field and disseminating research findings.
Guidance: Providing mentorship and support to students, including academic guidance, career counselling, and personal development.
Administrative Responsibilities: Managing administrative tasks related to teaching, such as grading, record-keeping, and participation in departmental meetings.

Recent involvement in teaching within UK schools
Dedicated team player
Demonstrated success in improving student achievement
Confidence and adaptability in diverse environments
Effective classroom management abilities
Capable of delivering lessons in an enjoyable and relatable manner
Possession of either ECT or QTS status or equivalent
