Leaving Care Worker - Charity - 37 hours, Monday to Friday

£18 per hour

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable children's charities in the UK in order to help them find a Leaving Care Worker who can join them on a contract basis, for a couple of months.

The Leaving Care Worker will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This means you will have all of your evenings and weekends free to spend with your family.

Responsibilities:

The Leaving Care Worker will work with young people between 16 to 25 years old that are leaving the care setting. You will support and empower them to live independently.

You will be caring out pathway plans reviews, statutory visits and risk assessments. You will also be providing the young people with advice, guidance and support with accommodation, health, finances and independent skills.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Family Support Worker or a Care Worker and if you have experience in working with children and young people. You will also have experience in attending the young person's statutory reviews (under 18) and preparation of the Pathway Plans. You must drive as well.
