I'm working with a highly respected residential property group that is continuing to expand its Build to Rent team across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants genuine progression within one of the UK's most exciting property sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
• Managing enquiries and conducting viewings across a premium residential portfolio
• Guiding residents through the lettings journey from application to move-in
• Building strong relationships with prospective and existing residents
• Supporting occupancy, renewals and resident retention initiatives
• Working closely with property management teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
• A confident and personable communicator who enjoys meeting people
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive, proactive and eager to learn
• Someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service
• Experience in property, hospitality, customer service or sales would be beneficial but is not essential
Salary & Benefits
• £35,000 - £42,000 basic salary
