This is a leasing role you'll have never seen before.

You'll take ownership of a growing portfolio across Sheffield and the surrounding area, helping residents find their next home while playing a key role in a business with ambitious growth plans. What You'll Be Doing:
Following up with prospects via phone, email and WhatsApp
Converting enquiries into applications and move-ins
Managing applicants throughout the leasing journey
Conducting viewings and building strong customer relationships
Owning and developing your patch across Sheffield and the surrounding area
Progressing applications through referencing and tenancy stages
Managing listings and ensuring property information remains accurate
Providing market feedback, customer insight and leasing trends
What We're Looking For:
Sales, lettings, leasing or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A consultative approach to customers
Confidence using CRM systems and technology
Organised and detail-focused
Motivated by targets, growth and progression
