* Work collaboratively with operational, legal, and senior leadership teams

* Support the creation of a sustainable operating model that can be effectively managed by operational housing teams

* Provide guidance on leasehold best practice, risk management, and service standards

Requirements

* Proven experience within leasehold management, ideally within retirement living, later living, or specialist housing environments

* Strong understanding of leasehold operations, service charges, managing agents, and Section 20 consultation processes

* Experience developing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks

* Ability to review services, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver practical recommendations

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Experience producing reports, strategies, and business cases for senior leadership teams

* Ability to work independently and deliver project outcomes within agreed timescales

Assignment Details
