A highly successful international property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Lease Consultancy Surveyor to cover the South of UK and work out of their Bristol office on a hybrid basis.
Role features:

Hybrid working with potential to work 4 days from home and one day in the office, depending on location.
National team with significant presence in the sector with landlord and occupier clients across the UK
Global property consultancy with international network of offices.
Strong instructions and key clients.
Integration with other teams locally and nationally to offer wider support.

Key respons
Manage a portfolio of national clients across the southern region.
Analyse and summarise lease agreements.
Conduct property inspections and measurements.
Prepare pre-negotiation reports for advisory services, compiling relevant evidence.
Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears on behalf of clients (landlords or tenants depending on the situation).
Generate reports for third-party referrals.
Draft key terms for lease renewals.
Oversee the progress of lease renewals by collaborating with appointed solicitors.
Provide support to senior colleagues as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
