Learning Support Teacher in Torfaen from September 2026

Academics, a specialist education recruitment agency, is working with welcoming schools across Torfaen to recruit dedicated Learning Support Teachers who are passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with pupils requiring additional support, adapting learning where needed and creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, encouraged and able to succeed.
We're looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Demonstrates patience, empathy and resilience.
Works collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams.
Holds an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one).
Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
Can provide two recent professional references.
Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs is desirable.What You'll Receive:
