What You’ll Do:

Support students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
Assist with personal care and health needs. Enable reasonable adjustments to help students engage.
Mentor students and encourage them to stay on task.
Model skills for students to understand tasks.
Promote our college values.

What We’re Looking For:

Carer experience
Experience working with people with special education needs (desirable, not essential).
GCSE English grade C / 4 or equivalent - or willingness to work towards this qualification.
Happy to undergo relevant training.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude, sensitive to others' needs, patient, and reliable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
