About the Role:
GSL Education is currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Spalding. Learning Support Assistant plays a vital part in ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students with various learning needs.
Collaborate with teachers to implement effective learning strategies.
Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their academic and personal development.
Contribute to the overall success of the classroom environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting.
Enhanced child workforce DBS check registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
