Description:
Integra Education are working in partnership with a Wirral based secondary school who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2024 for an ongoing post for the 24/25 academic year.
As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualised support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to students where required
* Assist with lesson planning, adapting materials as needed
* Implement personalised learning plans and EHCP plans
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A good work ethic
* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (non-qualified candidates are welcome to apply)
