Learning Support Assistant

Our client based in Northampton require a Learning Support Assistant in a mainstream school working with children with addtional needs ( ADHD, ASD, SEMH)
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of the students. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide individualised support to students who require additional assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs or those who require additional assistance.
Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.

Experience working with children in a personal or professional setting is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
