Job Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students to help them access learning.
Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
Support students with additional learning needs and individual support plans.
Encourage positive behaviour and create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
