We are looking for a patient, compassionate, and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a warm, welcoming specialist school in Northampton (NN2). What You’ll Be Doing:

1:1 & Small Group Support: Tailor learning activities to match individual pupil needs and learning styles.
Academic & Social Guidance: Help pupils build confidence, emotional resilience, and essential life skills.
Collaborative Working: Partner closely with dedicated teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Positive Environment: Create a safe, encouraging, and structured space where every child feels valued.
What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in education, care, or support roles).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An empathetic, adaptable, and patient approach.
A genuine desire to help vulnerable learners achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
