???? What You'll Be Doing:
???? Providing tailored 1:1 and group support to students
???????? Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
???? Monitoring and reporting on student progress
???? Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
???? Supporting the development of EHCPs
✅ What We're Looking For:
???? Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
???? Experience working in a healthcare/care worker environment
???? Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies
????️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
❤️ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
???? Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
