Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school environment?
A lovely school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic LSA to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school or educational setting, strong knowledge of learning support, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils thrive.
A degree is preferred, alongside a strong understanding of effective support strategies and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.
Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
Work closely with teachers to implement effective learning strategies.
Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
Adapt support to meet individual pupil needs.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
