As an LSA, you will provide invaluable support to students across all key stages, helping to enhance their learning experience and personal development. Responsibilities include assisting students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), implementing support strategies, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure inclusive education.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of examinations and creating a conducive environment for students. Responsibilities include setting up examination venues, monitoring candidates during examinations, and ensuring compliance with examination regulations.
