About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of secondary school students. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to ensure they have equal access to education and opportunities for success.
Utilizing behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Demonstrating a good sense of humor and supportive approach to engage and motivate students.
Using initiative to adapt support strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of diverse students.
Collaborating with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to implement effective support plans.What We Offer:
