As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to foster confidence and trust.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with students, colleagues, and parents.
Motivate all pupils to reach their full potential academically and personally.
Collaborate effectively with the teaching team, assisting with lesson design, development, and delivery.
Aid teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and working with small groups of students to enhance learning.
Ensure classrooms are safe and tidy, providing a conducive environment for learning.

Possess a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
