Creative Teaching Assistant roles and responsibilities:

* Encouraging pupils to engage with classroom activities
* Run targeted interventions – support students on a 1:1 and small group basis with English and Maths
* Leading sessions in spelling, phonics and writing
* Planning enrichment activities for the pupils
* To help in the preparation and organisation of the classroom resources
* To lead small group activities within a class as directed by the teacher
