Learning Support Assistant
Vision for Education are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a great school located in Pontypridd.
The right candidates would be dedicated and passionate in working with children and supporting them with their learning.
Responsibilities:
Keeping the children engaged with their learning.
Supporting the class teacher in classroom management, setting up for the day, and supporting the pupils.
General administrative work
Uphold the schools’ policies and values, ensuring the safety of the pupils.
What we are looking for:
An enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has a passion for working with children.
Good general standard of education
Someone who can promote and contribute to the school’s ethos and culture.
To be able to build a good rapport with the children and other staff members.
Flexibility and reliability.
