Start date: Immediate

Pay: £85-£95 per day (salary dependent on experience).

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our client school as Learning Support Assistants. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing additional support and guidance to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Individualised Support: Working closely with students, both in and out of the classroom, to provide tailored support that addresses their specific learning needs and challenges.
Assistance with Learning Activities: Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and learning activities, ensuring that all students are engaged and supported throughout the learning process.
Behaviour Management: Supporting students in managing their behaviour and emotions, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
Assessment and Progress Tracking: Helping to assess student progress and development, providing feedback to teachers and parents on areas for improvement and success.
Building Relationships: Developing positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning community.
The ideal candidate will:

Have a genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike.
Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a willingness to meet the diverse needs of students.
Have previous experience working in a similar role or a strong desire to learn and develop in the field of education.
