Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential? TeacherActive is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a variety of primary, secondary, and SEND schools.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers, you'll help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with their learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and personal development.
Support children with additional learning needs where required.
Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

What We're Looking For

A positive, patient, and caring attitude.
Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not always essential).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for education and making a difference.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
