Behaviour mentor
Teaching personnel are working with a primary school in Salford, M5 (close to Manchester city centre), to recruit for an ambitious Behaviour Support Assistant who can also be a positive role model. You will be working 1:1 with a SEN pupil (Y2) who can display challenging behaviour. This role is perfect for youth workers / sports coaches looking to transition into a more specific support role or someone with prior experience in schools. You will need to be resilient, patient, and reliable.
This primary school embraces diversity and inclusivity with a large proportion of the children having English as an additional language (EAL). The school prides themselves on having a welcoming and positive atmosphere and place high value on developing strong relationships with parents and carers, working together for the best interests of the children.
