The Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join mainstream schools in Worcestershire. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, making this role ideal for those who have completed Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
Support individual students or small groups with their learning and development.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Work with students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
Participate in school activities and collaborate with the school community.Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping students.
