Learning Support Assistant - Redbridge, East London
Prospero Teaching is recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a successful and inclusive all-through school in Redbridge, East London. Opportunities are available across both the Primary and Secondary phases, supporting pupils with a range of learning, SEN, and behavioural needs.

Role Details
Location: Redbridge, East London
Position: Learning Support Assistant
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Long term
Hours: Full-time, 8:00am - 4:00pm
The Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support across Primary and Secondary year groups
Support pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Work closely with teaching and inclusion staff to support student progress
Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with children or young people desirable
Previous LSA, TA, mentoring, youth work, or support work experience advantageous
Passion for education and supporting young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
