Requirements:
Previous experience working with children is essential
A valid DBS on the update service
Experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeedResponsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Support teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Promote independent learning and social skills development
