SEN Learning Support Assistant - KS2 1:1 Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support within KS2, working closely alongside the SENCO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a school environment.
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
Ability to provide 2 years of references
Experience working with children in the UK
SEN support experience desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with SEN needs
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and SLT
Support learning, emotional wellbeing, and classroom engagement
Help implement individual support strategies and interventions
