Protocol Education is looking for Learning Support Assistants to join schools across Bristol, with opportunities available in Primary, Secondary and specialist SEND settings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with pupils and providing the individual support they need to succeed.

What will you be doing?

Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support.
Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their learning.
Supporting students who may require additional educational or emotional support.
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.
Encouraging positive behaviour, independence and social development.
Adapting support to suit different learning styles and individual needs.
Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and other staff.
Creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
