We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who is friendly, welcoming, and bubbly and wants to be part of a supportive team.

Academics are hiring a Learning Support Assistant to join a beautiful school in Castle Point, Essex. This school is a two form entry school in a really lovely area in Castle Point. They have onsite parking available and great transport links. The students in this school are very friendly and eager to learn.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who has not yet completed their teacher training but would like to gain experience before they do.

The ideal candidate should

Be able to communicate clearly with teachers, parents and students.
Have experience working in schools
Have a qualification related to childcare
Be compassionate and caring towards students and their needs
