Are you a patient and compassionate Learning Support Assistant who can help pupils achieve their individual goals?
Are you able to drive and looking for a full-time role working Monday to Friday?

Due to the location of the school and limited accessibility by public transport, the successful Learning Support Assistant will need to be able to drive.
The school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on an ongoing, full-time basis, working five days a week from Monday to Friday. The successful Learning Support Assistant will support pupils with profound and complex needs, severe learning difficulties / SLD or moderate learning difficulties / MLD, helping them engage with learning and access appropriate support throughout the school day.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
• Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
• Experience with profound and complex needs, SLD and/or MLD
• The ability to drive due to the accessibility of the school
• A patient, caring and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
