We’re currently looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across schools in Loughborough, supporting pupils who need extra help to succeed in the classroom.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress throughout the school day.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs
* Encouraging focus, participation, and positive behaviour
* Providing reassurance, structure, and consistency
* Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment
* Helping pupils develop confidence both academically and socially
What we’re looking for
To be considered, you should have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, in education, or within a similar support-based role such as:
* Teaching Assistant
* SEN Support Worker
* Care / Support Worker
* Youth Worker
* Nursery Practitioner
* Residential Support Worker
