Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt support strategies as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Support students with their social and emotional development, helping them to build confidence and independence.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young adults preferred.
Understanding of Special Educational Needs and the ability to adapt support strategies accordingly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Location: Warrington, with easy access to public transport links.

To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
