The school is committed to delivering personalised support for pupils with a range of additional needs, promoting independence, confidence and positive outcomes.
The school is looking to appoint a full-time Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis from September. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to support students with a variety of SEND needs, both within the classroom and during wider school activities, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
A caring, patient and positive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
A proactive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
A commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment
