Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant at one of our Liverpool secondary schools. They require a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant to support students with special educational needs. The role will include a mixture of 1:1 and full classroom support
The position is to begin in September 2024 for the full academic year with a salary of £102.62 per day, term time only.
You will need to:-
work collaboratively with the SENDCo and other members of staff;
be responsible for making learning as accessible whilst being empathetic and patient, ensuring they are as engaged as much as possible.
provide support, guidance, mentoring and training to ensure the individual achieves their full potential
develop the students' emotional intelligence, relationship skills and resilience to prepare them for their next steps.
support the student to develop effective organisational and learning skills
support learning across a range of subjectsThe school:
