We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant within a Primary School
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
Relevant qualifications are desirable but experience is equally valued

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS Certificate
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
