What You'll Be Doing:

* Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis within KS2 classrooms

* Assisting pupils with complex needs in the inclusion hub

* Helping to implement EHCP targets under teacher/SENCo guidance

* Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Monitoring and feeding back on student progress

* Promoting pupil confidence, participation, and independence

Ideal Learning Support Assistant For this Westminster School:

* A graduate, ideally in psychology or a related field

* Experience working with children or young people preferred

* Empathetic, patient, and confident in managing challenges

* Committed to full-time hours until July 2027
