Calling all experienced Learning Support Assistants! A top-rated secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is looking for a dedicated LSA to join their team starting in September 2024. Offering a pay rate of £85 to £95 per day, this role is perfect for someone eager to make a difference in young lives and advance their career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with their learning, providing individual and small group support.
Support students with their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Help prepare learning materials and resources.
Assist students in both individual and group activities in the classroom.
Encourage students to engage actively in their learning.
Work with teachers to identify and meet the individual needs of students.
Monitor student progress and report to teachers and parents as needed.

Requirements:
