Learning Project Coordinator (12-month FTC)
£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary Hybrid/Yorkshire
An exciting chance to become part of a reputable organisation within the eLearning Sector as a Learning Production Coordinator!
You will orchestrate and guide the creation of e-learning playing a crucial role in maintaining high quality deliverables, fostering creativity, innovation, and productivity.
Responsibilities
* Handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage priorities
* Collaborate with and coordinate activities of external stakeholders
* Oversee production process, maintaining quality standards and ensuring to track project scope and adhere to schedules
* Handle risks and implement necessary actions to mitigate these risks and promptly escalate any problems to the Project Manager
* Assist with proofreading content and quality testing ensuring the high-quality deliverables enhance overall learner experience
* Take ownership of solving challenges and support colleagues
* Explore innovative solutions and contribute to continuous improvement
* Collect relevant data and use it strategically

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education
* Educated to a degree level is desirable
Experience
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Learning Project Coordinator role or similar within the eLearning industry
* Experience in production management and collaborating with creative teams
