Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a passion for education and experience providing 1:1 support to children or young people?

Perhaps you're looking to gain full-time school based experience supporting the development of children with complex social, emotional and mental health needs?

A brilliant secondary school in the Oldham area is eager to secure a fantastic Learning Progress Coach able to provide 1:1 support to a KS4 student with complex SEMH needs, whilst monitoring academic progression and implementing tailored academic support.

Learning Progress Coach - Role Information:

* Supporting KS4 student with complex SEMH needs

* Delivering tailored 1:1 academic support outside of class

* Working across numerous secondary subjects

* Creating sustainable rapport throughout academic year

* Monday to Friday role located in Oldham area

* £95 per day during term-time only

* September 2026 to July 2027 contracted role

Learning Progress Coach - Applicant Requirements:

* Minimum 2:2 UK based degree

* Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching

* Excellent communication skills

* Patient, resilient and outgoing individual

* Passionate about the development of children

Learning Progress Coach - The School:
