We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic KS2 SEND Learning Partner to join a welcoming junior school in South Gloucestershire. The role

Working within KS2, you will:

Support pupils with SEND with their learning and engagement
Provide individual and small-group support where required
Help children develop confidence, independence and resilience
Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with teachers and other members of the school team
Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting children or young people, ideally within SEND
Is patient, positive and compassionate
Can build strong and trusting relationships with pupils
Is resilient and able to adapt their approach to individual needs
Works well as part of a team
Is committed to helping every child make progress and feel valued

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
