Responsibilities
Deliver targeted interventions
Support pupil to access the teaching content and engage in lessons.
Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner.
Ensure pupil's safety and welfare is always maintained.
Provide feedback when asked
Maintain accurate records
Essential Criteria
Previous experience working in an educational setting
Ability to build trusting relationships
High levels of patience
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to use own initiative
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND
