Are you an experienced Learning Mentor with a passion for supporting children to overcome barriers to learning?
Do you have the skills to build positive relationships, promote emotional wellbeing, and help pupils develop the confidence they need to succeed both academically and socially?
About the Role
A friendly primary school in Camden is looking for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis.
As a Learning Mentor, you'll work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other staff to support pupils who need a little extra help throughout the school day. You'll work one-to-one and with small groups, helping children build confidence, improve their behaviour, develop social skills, and stay engaged in their learning.
You'll support pupils with a range of needs, encourage positive attitudes towards school, and help create a safe and supportive environment where every child can thrive. The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary-aged children, be confident building positive relationships, and be passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
