An outstanding opportunity to join an innovative and forward-thinking organisation who are looking to grow their L&D team with a creative, dynamic, and ambitious Learning Experience Designer.

In this role you will be responsible for the full lifecycle from scripting to deploying innovative, creative learning experiences. In collaboration with the Learning and Development specialists, you will be designing and developing learning solutions for internal purposes, covering subject matter including compliance and personal development.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop engaging learning content for both digital and classroom-based learning.

* Liaising, build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to identify learning gaps within the organisation.

* Develop and maintain existing learning content to enhance the learners’ experience.

* Upload learning content on to the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and develop an expertise in other learning technologies.

* Analysing and evaluating the engagement and effectiveness of the learning, produce reports upon the results.

Skills

* Motivated and self-starting individual with a creative flair and a passion for designing great user experience and user-centric learning content

* Strong attention to detail, with great communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal

* Able to maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders

* Highly organised with great time-management, managing, prioritising, and taking responsibility for own workload

* A person who has a “can-do” approach with a deep interest in learning design methodologies, and who is willing to go the extra mile to succeed.

Experience

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a digital learning design role

* Proficient in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, and Articulate Storyline

* Experience in providing support in learning technologies, LXP, LMS and MOOC systems in particular

* Experience in using HTML/CSS and JavaScript, and editing capability for both visual and audio content

Qualifications

* Digital learning/videography qualifications or similar are desirable.
