Are you a passionate and engaging Learning & Development professional who thrives on helping people reach their full potential?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join their People team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the entire training cycle, from identifying learning needs through to designing, delivering and evaluating impactful training programmes.
The Role
You will play a key role in developing colleague skills, knowledge and confidence across the organisation by creating and delivering engaging learning solutions. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will identify training needs and translate them into practical, effective learning interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning programmes.
Identifying learning and development needs across the business.
Creating training materials, resources and learning content.
Delivering inductions and ongoing development programmes.
Facilitating workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels.
Evaluating training effectiveness and making continuous improvements.
Working with stakeholders to ensure learning activities align with business objectives.
Supporting regulatory compliance and professional development initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident and able to build strong relationships across the business. You will be a natural communicator with excellent people skills and a genuine passion for developing others.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
Experience engaging diverse audiences and adapting delivery styles.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence using digital learning tools and technology.
A professional, positive and solutions-focused approach.
