Hybrid - Home-based (expectations to travel nationally when necessary)

What you'll be doing;

The Management Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing the leadership and management capabilities across our business. This position is responsible for consulting, designing, delivering, and facilitating training programmes, workshops, and coaching/mentoring sessions that focus on developing essential people skills from team leaders/supervisors to senior management. The successful candidate will work closely with business units and stakeholders to identify training needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Conduct training needs assessments and consult with business units and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for managers and leaders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with Veolia's core values, business objectives, and industry best practices.
Deliver engaging and effective learning interactions; utilising a variety of blended and inspiring teaching and learning strategies in either face to face or virtual environments.
Deliver key professional development and management development programmes and training sessions that support current and future development needs of our people.
Drive a coaching and mentoring culture; encouraging development of core skills and behaviours around personal and interpersonal effectiveness with regular 360 feedback
Ensure the logistics and administration that underpin the delivery schedule are completed within a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in leadership development, management training, and adult learning principles (e.g experiential learning, gamification and AI).
To work with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate learning outcomes to culminate in the successful achievement of all our programmes.
To work with other internal training colleagues to effectively market and communicate opportunities with our stakeholders
Actively seek feedback from a variety of stakeholders/customers to support quality improvements in diagnostic, design and delivery of content.
Create communication platforms, focus groups and communities in support of social learning.
Work with our HR specialists to gather data and TNA to support the succession and development of our people.
Create clear success measures when designing content where ROI is at the forefront of all our training solutions.

What we're looking for;

Experience in design & delivering Leadership and management programmes
Proven experience in Learning & Development(with an established network).
Experience in Coaching and/or Mentoring learners at management level.
Strong performance in consulting and a track record of understanding business requirements and translating them to effective training solutions
Desirable: Practitioner of recognised psychometric tools (Insights Discovery, MBTI, Belbins etc)
Desirable: Coaching and/or Mentor accredited/Qualification to Level 5 (or equivalent).
