The Role

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading employee learning and development across ZTP.

The L&D Manager will be part of the People, Talent & Culture team and will work cross-functionally to understand the business climate and learning needs and deliver corresponding development programs in a multitude of learning formats, including the mentor program. They are also responsible for Performance Management, which is looking at past performance, but also couples that with Performance Development, which focuses on ongoing and future performance.

*Sustain programs that provide a workforce that is effectively trained to carry out their assignments and a workforce this is prepared to accept new assignments and corporate growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy, Vision, Objectives & Operations

*Ensure the ZTP’s culture and brand are visible and consistent in training and development services.

*Develop critical skills and competencies to support current and future global talent gaps to meet strategic goals.

*Conduct a skills and capability assessment/building a skills and capabilities portfolio for the Company.

*Develop a coaching culture, specifically through performance management and fierce/crucial conversations.

*Embed a learning organisation mindset into our L&D programs.

*Diagnose development needs and executes a comprehensive development strategy inclusive of individualized learning, classroom learning, and other learning methods.

Training Programs & Resources

*Propose activities/incentives/programs that allows us to transition the Company to a learning organisation and develop a Coaching Culture.

*Design and maintain programs that satisfy employee needs for career planning.

*Build leadership capability through coaching, advice and learning events.

*Influence and develop leaders to promote a performance culture through effective utilisation of tools such as Talent Planning, including Career Planning Partnership and Performance Reviews.

Metrics, Data Analytics & Reporting

*Monitor the effectiveness of our learning and development on our employees and adjust accordingly to anticipate and respond to business needs.

*Track and report training and mentoring performance metrics and makes on-going improvements to those services based upon analysis of performance.

Coaching & Mentoring

*Design and create mentoring and coaching programs that support and contribute to employee growth and fulfilment.

*Provide coaching and mentoring to individual employees.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

*Collaborate and work cross functionally with all departments and teams across ZTP to build and maintain meaningful relationships.

*Work with leaders to understand and articulate employee engagement feedback and data to improve overall environment.

*Engage with the Consultancy Director and Head of People, Talent & Culture to build a great understanding of talent skills/competences gap.

*Support HR’s activities that drive agile career growth for our employees and strengthen their contribution to the Company, specifically career development plans.

*Support and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to ensure a smooth process for all, adding value to our stakeholders and organisation.

*Assist with the Talent Planning (Succession) process.

**Essential Experience Requirements**

*5+ years experience in roles responsible for high potential development, leadership development, senior level group facilitation, organisational development or related areas

**Essential Education & Qualification Requirements**

*L&D Qualifications CIPD Level 3 & 5

*Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources or related field required

**Desirable Education & Qualification Requirements**

*L&D Qualification CIPD Level 7

*Equivalent combination of education and related experience

**Other Characteristics**

*Willingness to accept other duties as assigned

*Ability to travel and to work overtime as needed
