Portfolio HR & Reward are really excited to represent a leading technology business based in Manchester City Centre, seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their business on a permanent contract.
You will be working in some unbeatable offices, and office presence is required 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will receive a salary between £65,000 and £70,000, with other amazing benefits also available to you.
As a successful Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for;
Taking ownership of the sales learning roadmap and the L&D with the sales function.
Undertaking numerous ongoing projects across the sales projects including new CRM & LMS, sales modernisation and building a new sales academy
Engaging with senior stakeholders within sales to collaborate ideas and improve the learner experienceThe ideal will have experience in the following;
Proven L&D professional with experience building out capability through blended learning and tools.
A Sales background / understanding, handling senior sales stakeholders and managing expectations
