Learning & Development Advisor

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this dynamic Learning & Development Advisor role at a progressive law firm in the bustling heart of Birmingham. The essence of this role is training delivery, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, administration, sourcing and aforementioned delivery of L&D activities within the firm, along with ensuring the development and maintenance of L&D systems and processes, and being the central point of contact for all L&D related requests, supporting the HR Director and team in building the skills knowledge of all teams across the firm.

Key duties:

Relationship management of L&D providers
Coordinating internal professional development programmes, such as leadership development
Identifying different learning activities to support training requirements of firm
Designing and delivering internal and external training courses, with a particular focus on IT systems
Overseeing and delivering the induction process for new joiners
Collate feedback and evaluate training programmes
Managing professional subscriptionsKey criteria:

Experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment
Proven ability to design and deliver internal training
Strong and engaging training delivery/presentation skills
Experience of producing training videos
Experience of delivering induction programmes
Skilled in delivering training on IT systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office - in particular it would be advantageous to have experience in Tikit, DocuSign and Bundledocs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business
Able to work well to deadlines and balance competing priorities
